Working with Robertson and Clackmannanshire Council, we delivered a comprehensive bid design for the Alloa Wellbeing Hub — a flagship facility dedicated to improving community access to sport, health, learning, and leisure. Designed to connect people to one another and to their surrounding environment, the project demanded a solution that was both visually compelling and deeply rooted in local impact.

Our team developed a bold, illustrated bid brand from scratch, tailored specifically to the client and project themes. Every element — from custom illustrations and icons to colour palette — was designed to reflect the energy, inclusivity, and optimism at the heart of the proposal. The 100-page bid was highly visual, graphically led, and rich in infographics, ensuring clarity of message and an engaging narrative throughout.

We carried the visual identity seamlessly across all elements of the submission — including front covers, internal pages, and key graphic moments. A bespoke logistics graphic clearly communicated site set-up and constraints, while a high-level animated sequence demonstrated stakeholder access and route planning in a way that was dynamic and easy to digest.

Additionally, we provided a fully interactive PowerPoint presentation to support dialogue sessions — ensuring the client had access to every possible format they might need. This commitment to delivery across mediums exemplifies our approach: we don’t just design beautiful documents; we create fully integrated, multi-platform visual strategies.

Our in-house animation and design expertise was fundamental in shaping this submission. We understand how to distill complex information into visual storytelling — and that’s exactly why we’re the right people for the job.
