We partnered with Bouygues, Linkcity, Uliving and Equitix to design and deliver the bid and tender submission for the redevelopment of Bankside House with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

The project represents one of the most significant student housing schemes in London, with plans to create 1,944 new bed spaces alongside a vibrant public realm including a Community Hub, classrooms, a café and retail. Designed by Carmody Groarke and Sheppard Robson, the scheme places sustainability and wellbeing at its core, targeting BREEAM Outstanding, Passivhaus performance and WELL principles.

Our focus was on transforming this ambitious and highly technical vision into a clear and compelling submission that showcased the strength of the proposal. We developed a bespoke visual identity for the bid, ensuring a consistent design language across all elements. Complex planning, sustainability and community impact data were distilled into engaging infographics and diagrams, allowing the document to remain both authoritative and accessible.

We produced a fully designed and branded tender package that balanced detail with storytelling, giving the partners a submission that not only met requirements but also communicated the wider social, environmental and educational benefits of the scheme.

The result was a polished, visually striking document that elevated the presentation of the project and provided the team with a strong platform to put forward their bid with confidence.
