Reed in Partnership
Career Transition Partnership (CTP)
Reed in Partnership, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, plays a key role in delivering the Career Transition Partnership (CTP)—a programme dedicated to supporting Service leavers as they transition into civilian careers. Our team was commissioned to provide a comprehensive brand design package that would align with this important mission and help communicate its impact clearly and confidently across various platforms.
We began by developing a bespoke 35-page Brand Guidelines document, tailored to establish a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. This guide included a custom-designed logo for the partnership, a full suite of icons, typography, colour systems, and tone of voice usage—providing a clear roadmap for internal and external communications.
To ensure a strong brand presence in physical spaces, we also created wayfinding and signage systems for use within CTP facilities, enhancing navigation and user experience for both staff and Service leavers. This work demonstrates our strength in environmental graphics and the ability to translate brand values into functional, real-world applications.

Additionally, we designed a range of print collateral, including brochures, handouts, and internal documents, all created to support outreach and provide clear, accessible information to individuals using the service.
Our approach delivered not just a visual identity, but a cohesive brand ecosystem—equipping Reed in Partnership and the MOD with the tools to communicate confidently and effectively with a diverse audience of Service leavers, stakeholders, internal teams and the public.
This project highlights our ability to deliver complete brand kits, from strategy and identity to signage and print, ensuring consistency and clarity at every touchpoint.
