Samlesbury Enterprise Zone (SEZ)
Lancashire County Council
Located adjacent to BAE Systems’ aircraft engineering campus, and home to the £25m AMRC North West, the SEZ is at the heart of Lancashire’s advanced manufacturing, cyber, and innovation ecosystem. The site benefits from direct connectivity to major transport routes and a simplified planning process via a Local Development Order.
With over £300m in investment and enabling works complete, the SEZ is developer ready and positioned to become a nucleus of future-focused industries, from aerospace and robotics to cyber security and beyond.
We were commissioned by Lancashire County Council to support the promotion of the Samlesbury Enterprise Zone (SEZ), a site of international significance set to drive transformational economic growth across Lancashire. Our content was developed for both their website and a dedicated stand at the UKREiiF (UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum) in May 2025.

To bring the site’s story to life, we engaged award-winning photographer and videographer Sean Conboy to document the SEZ over a two-day shoot. Aerial drone footage and on-the-ground photography captured the scale and strategic location of the 120-acre site—highlighting its modern infrastructure, natural landscape, and key developments such as the AMRC North West, the substation, and the adjacent solar farm.
We created a digital brochure for use on iPad and downloadable formats, combining Sean’s compelling visuals with clear, accessible information tailored to potential occupiers. Key content from the brochure was integrated into a promotional video, using motion graphics and infographics layered over drone footage. This was displayed on a large screen at the UKREiiF stand, offering a dynamic overview of the site and its unique investment potential.
