Glass Bottle, City Quarter
A New Chapter on Dublin’s Waterfront
We collaborated with Sisk, one of Ireland’s most established construction enterprises with over 160 years of history, to deliver the full brand identity for Glass Bottle—a landmark regeneration project located between Dublin City and Dublin Bay. With plans for around 3,800 homes and the potential to house up to 9,500 people, including 10% social housing and 15% affordable housing, Glass Bottle is set to become one of the most vibrant new communities in the country.
Our work focused on developing a comprehensive and illustrative brand identity that could communicate the scale, ambition, and local relevance of the project. The logo was designed as a strong and flexible symbol that reflects the spirit of urban growth while nodding to Dublin’s character. Through in-depth logo analysis and refinement, we ensured the final mark could adapt across contexts and remain legible, recognisable, and meaningful.

The colour palette and typography were carefully selected to evoke the project’s personality—forward-looking yet rooted in place. We built a tone of voice and brand personality that emphasises community, sustainability, and renewal, aligning with the development’s long-term vision.
Alongside the core brand identity, we designed a detailed bid proposal that existed in both digital and printed formats. The printed version was presented in ring-bound sections to allow for clarity and navigation, supported by a full suite of bespoke graphics and infographics. A series of animated logistics graphics was created to visualise the build sequence and construction methodology, providing clarity on complex processes.
We also managed the full print production, including commercial and quality documents, each supplied in custom binders and folders. The result was a visually rich, strategically grounded identity that helped Sisk articulate their vision for a new, inclusive chapter on Dublin’s waterfront.
